Housekeeper/Cook – Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk Ref JF1413

Part Time Housekeeper/Cook required for family located in Bradfield St George approx 15 minutes from Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

We are looking for someone reliable and local to the village to work 20 hours a week -Monday to Friday mornings.

Car driver and non smoker essential.

The Position:-

• To carry out all housework in this family farmhouse
• Laundry and ironing
• Bed changing
• Preparing lunch and dinner ( cooking from scratch)
• Cooking for the freezer – baking the occasional cake would be great
• Picking up prescriptions and shopping

The Person:-

• Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
• Kind, polite and nice to have around
• A good cook
• An experienced housekeeper/cleaner
• Happy to iron
• Car driver
• Non smoker
• Will have a DBS or be happy to apply for one

A good hourly rate will be offered to the successful person who can provide fully checkable references
