Sales and Marketing Manager, Near Chelmsford, Essex – REF 563 -UNDER OFFER

Full Time experienced Sales and Marketing Manager required for Engineering and Construction Consultancy based near Chelmsford, Essex in the village of Hatfield Peverel.

The ideal person will be reliable, enthusiastic with a positive, forward thinking attitude. A good team player who can offer a professional service at all times helping to move this highly successful business forward.

Excellent IT skills essential and the ability to organise, prioritise and keep accurate records.

A few requirements listed below:

• To work with Red Leaf Directors and third-party web designers to develop and maintain current and new websites. This will include creating clear and original, written content with a focus on search engine optimisation and sourcing visual media.
• To liaise with web designers on management of Google Click and Google Analytics
• To manage and grow the social media profile of the Construction side which will include Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram etc
• To create and manage a general marketing strategy
• To produce up to date promotional material including Red Leaf Group brochures and marketing emails
• To manage potential leads generated by marketing and repeat custom.

This is a full time Monday to Friday position , ideally 9 to 5 but a little flexibility can be shown for the perfect person.

A competitive salary will be offered to the successful person who is able to start mid to late February
