I first came across Jackie at Rural Recruitment when I was searching the internet for a suitable job description to plagiarise for an ad I was going to place myself. I subsequently spoke to Jackie and, how glad am I that I picked up the phone. After just a few moments talking to Jackie she had picked up my requirements and probably, with hindsight, knew the sort of person I wanted better than I. I placed the job with her and in no time she had sent a couple of candidates through to me. Within a week or so, having discussed the candidates on the phone between ourselves we had a shortlist and two were invited for interview.
