Qualified Gardener- Holt
We have a great opportunity available for a self- employed, experienced, part time, qualified gardener, 3 full days a week at a large family house in North Norfolk.
We are looking to find a highly motivated, enthusiastic and reliable gardener who can assist with a new and exciting landscaping project that is set to start in 6-12 months’ time. Initially the selected candidate will be required to work in the current garden alongside the owner, taking care of all the plants, their large green house, vegetable and rose garden, lawns and any additional areas of the 2 acres that needs attention.Our client is hoping to find someone who is experienced within this sector, with a real passion for gardening; they must also be happy taking instruction as well as being exceptionally trustworthy, friendly and approachable.
This position would suit someone who would really appreciate and enjoy creating and maintaining a beautiful country garden to a high standard, and welcome the opportunity to get involved with a large landscaping project.
Qualifications are essential for this vacancy, and those without will not be considered.

Groom- Part Time
Part Time Groom required for showjumping yard in Hadleigh Suffolk.
The ideal person will be experienced in all yard duties and be happy mucking out and mucking in where needed.
This is quite a physical position as there are 12 horses living in.
No riding required but confident handling on the ground of large horses is a must.
Hours will be 8am to 1pm 6 days a week- could be 5 for perfect local person.

This position would suit someone with previous private household experience who understands the demands of managing the housework of a large, period home and having the flexibility to cover busy and quiet times.
Current housekeeper requiring after many years so this is a highly recommended job.
All cleaning to a high standard, bed changing, laundry and ironing . The ability to use their own initiative and have a keen eye for detail.
Be able to keep the property immaculate at all times and prepare rooms for guests on occasions.

Full Time experienced , senior housekeeper required for large private country house near to Swaffham.
The ideal person will be reliable, trustworthy and work well within a very small team all working to the highest standards.
The ability and understanding required to keep this lovely family home immaculate at all times, including housework, laundry, ironing and generally helping where needed. Someone who takes a pride in their work with a keen eye for detail.
Previous private household experience would be preferred however someone who has worked within a luxury hotel or yacht would be considered.

Gardener/Groundsperson
Full Time experienced Gardener/Groundsman required for this private Estate close to Swaffham.
We are looking for someone reliable, friendly with a good work ethic to join the existing team of gardeners managing the grounds of a formal Hall with approx 22 acres of well established gardens.
The garden comprises of lawns, formal hedges, herbaceous and flower borders. There is a walled garden, fruit cages, greenhouses, veg garden, potting shed and a small orchard.
Duties will extend to assisting with other work around the Hall and on the Estate.
All applicants are required to be experienced gardeners, who are enthusiastic and able to work on their own initiative . Someone with Horticultural Qualifications (NVQ 2) would be preferred.
A clean driving licence is essential.
This position would suit someone with a genuine love for gardening and would take an interest in developing, maintaining and caring for the garden and Hall.
Monday to Friday with the requirement to work 1 weekend in 3 on a rota basis.
