Part Time experienced Mother’s Help required for family located approx 3 miles west of Wymondham and 20 minutes from Norwich.

DURING SCHOOL HOLIDAYS – MONDAY,TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY- 10AM TO 5PM

We are looking for someone who can help look after up to 4 children, from 2 families, whilst they stay with their Grandmother- who is very fit and active however 4 children under 5 -who wouldn’t need a hand?

The ideal person will be reliable, kind with a bright and fun personality with the ability to create activities for children from 1 year to 4 years. Lots of outdoor play and fun in the fresh air is a big part of life in Norfolk.

The family have a housekeeper, however help tidying up after the children and helping with their laundry and ironing will be required.

Someone who can cook healthy children’s meals and perhaps bake cakes etc.

TERM TIME – MONDAY, TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY – 9AM TO 1PM

During term time the house is so much quieter and there is a chance to help the family with general household duties. Laundry and ironing. Shopping and generally keeping everywhere nice and tidy.

There is a renovation project in place so always a lot going on .

2 x Part Time Grooms to share this lovely full time position so that weekends and both ends of the day are covered.

We are looking for people who can carry out all yard duties within this competition yard ( eventers) to a very high standard.

Must be able to handle youngsters on the ground – they are well mannered but young! All duties including turning out and bringing in from the field, rug changing, hays, waters, washing off etc.

Someone wh0 can clip and plait would be amazing but not a deal breaker!

One of the grooms must be a confident rider who is happy hacking fit horses- mainly off road riding straight from the yard.

The hours can be covered by the two grooms so when rider is competing the yard duties are always covered.

We are looking for someone who can do a few hours on the yard a couple of days a week and one day at the weekend.

This is a non-riding position and we are ideally hoping to find someone nice and local.

You will need to be competent and capable at the following:

  • Bringing horses in and out of the field.
    Brushing off.
  • Rugging up.
  • Poo picking.
  • Getting stables ready.
  • Feeding.
  • Giving the horses hay.
  • Checking waters.

You must have equine experience and good references.

Someone local to Bury would be ideal
