We are looking for a professional and experienced temporary PA/EA to cover staff holiday for roughly 5-8 weeks per year.
Remote work sadly is not an option and the PA/EA will be required on site for the duration of the placement.
The role will entail:
Sitting in on face to face and online meetings, taking notes, carrying out follow up actions, answering all emails, prepping for meetings (agenda notes etc), extensive diary management.
We are really hoping to find someone who is a ‘professional temp’ all the time (i.e. not looking for permanent work) and therefore could be booked in to cover all holiday indefinitely. It would need to be somebody professional and trustworthy who has worked for a HNWI or at Chief Exec level before and therefore understands some of the role and the pressures that go with it.
This is an exciting and fast paced opportunity.
Beautiful working environment and a great team to join.
