We are looking for an experienced and energetic nanny to join a busy, family household, to help look after their lovely four-year old son, and to help with some household chores.

Housekeeper / Cleaner – Brancaster Staithe, Norfolk – RR1750

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeper to replace the families existing Housekeeper of 2 plus years.

Minimum hours – 18 per week, ideally closer to full time hours but can be flexible.

The person must have previous private housekeeping experience and be happy to step into the large family home and hit the ground running taking care of the following:

  • Daily cleaning of the 8 bedroom house (dusting, polishing, hoovering, mopping)
  • General tidying, arranging, sorting and organising
  • Changing bed linen
  • Loading and unloading the dishwasher
  • Managing all laundry-there is often quite a lot with 6 children!

This is a long term, permanent position and the family would love the new housekeeper to become an integral member of their team.

No accommodation available so the Housekeeper will need to be able to get to Brancaster Staithe.

Car driver essential. Glowing references and DBS check a must.

Housekeeper/ Mothers Help, Hadleigh, Suffolk – REF SP1746

We are currently seeking a wonderful Housekeeper/ Mothers Help for a lovely family based in the village of Shelley near Hadleigh.

This is a part time position, ideally around 32 hours per week or a minimum of 3 days per week.

We are looking for someone hands on, caring and kind with excellent attention to detail and housekeeping skills. The role will also entail some childcare of a 1 year old boy.

The responsibilities of the role would include:

  • General housekeeping
  • Dusting
  • Laundry
  • Organising and tidying wardrobes and chest of drawers
  • Tidying all areas of the house
  • Cleaning including bathrooms
  • Occasional food shopping and meal prep
  • Looking after the children, mostly a 1 year old boy for short periods of time
  • Occasionally running errands

The successful applicant will be:

  • Hard working, trustworthy and loyal
  • Have previous housekeeping experience with great attention to detail
  • Have experience with childcare
  • Able to cook family meals occasionally
  • Flexible and able to run errands as and when required within working hours
  • Fun and energetic and able to look after and entertain young children
  • A car driver with own vehicle

A good hourly rate will be offered to the successful applicant with fully checkable references.
