Full Time Groom / Rider required for GB endurance yard in Norfolk.

This is a riding position and the successful person will need to be an excellent, light weight rider.  This is a fantastic chance to work with a small, competitive team.

You do not need to have worked with endurance horses previously but MUST have ridden to a good level in either dressage, show jumping, eventing, polo, hunting or racing.

This would be ideal for someone who loves riding and enjoys being in the saddle for long hours!

In addition to helping train the horses for competitions you will need to be capable and happy with all stable management and yard duties (mucking out, putting horses on and off the walker, grooming, paddock care, basic illness and lameness knowledge etc).

The team have 6-8 horses in at one time and the yard has fantastic facilities.

You will have sole charge of the horses and other pets (dogs) when the family are away. There are other full time members of staff on the property so this is not an isolated position.

Accommodation a possibility for the right person although it would be easier if the person was local.

Opportunity to attend competitions with overnight stays and potential for overseas travel for someone who would love to get fully involved and learn how to crew at top level although again this is not essential.

Excellent references a must.

Riding videos will be required as part of the application process and can be sent via WhatsApp to 07771 655879 using your full name and the job reference .
