1 or 2 full time groom / riders required for GB endurance yard in Norfolk.
This is a riding position and both grooms must be excellent, light weight riders. This is a fantastic chance to work with a small, competitive team.
You do not need to have worked with endurance horses previously but MUST have ridden to a good level in either dressage, show jumping, eventing, polo, hunting or racing.
This would be ideal for someone who loves riding and enjoys being in the saddle for long hours!

Part Time experienced Carer/Companion required to provide assistance one morning or afternoon per week, caring for a lady who has a rare form of Alzheimer’s which has affected her sight and memory.
The family are located in a lovely country house on the Essex/Suffolk border near the village of Bures.
The carer/companion will be able to provide help when the lady’s husband has to be out for short periods and very rarely an overnight stay.
The initial requirement is for someone to visit regularly in order to get to know the lady and her home environment.
The person must be reliable, kind and have the most genuinely caring nature with experience with Alzheimer’s.
Requirements:-
- Kindness and a caring nature, to form a bond with the lady.
- An interest in music-particularly classical or church music would be an advantage
- Walking in the grounds with the lady offering assistance with steps and uneven ground
- To form a good link with the husband and other family members to plan the visits
- Someone who can offer more hours in the future
- If the husband is ill, someone who can offer some extra help will be essential

Full Time Experienced Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant required for construction and engineering company based 7 miles North East of Chelmsford with easy access from the A12.
This new role will be working within a fast growing new business within the group
The role will involve a wide range of day- to day- duties, including bookkeeping, credit control and Payroll, together with involvement in the broader financial aspects of the business.
The Position:-
- Responsibility for the day-to-day bookkeeping, sales invoicing, maintaining Fixed Asset Register, preparation and filing of VAT returns and bank reconciliation on Xero software.
- Processing online bank transactions for supplier payments and wages
- Liaising with senior management and project managers to ensure sales invoices are sent in line with agreed timescales, together with subsequent credit control
- Payroll, staff expenses, management of PAYE, NIC and Pension contributions.
- Carrying out end of month reconciliation and journals
- To assist external accountants with end of year accounts.
The Person:-
- Will have a thorough knowledge of Xero software and Microsoft Office programmes
- Will be an experienced bookkeeper, including Payroll within a small company
- Will have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Will have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Reliable, punctual and easy to work with.
This is a Monday to Friday role with early finish on Fridays. This is primarily an office based position, although there could be limited working from home available.

Full Time Skilled Landscaper/Team Leader required for thriving family landscaping and construction business located near Framlingham Suffolk.
The new staff member will be able to easily commute to the site offices which are approx. 3 miles North of Framlingham, but must be happy to travel to various locations throughout East Anglia. The gardens range from small courtyards to large country estates.
The successful person will be required to :-
- Manage a team of landscapers
- Liaise with clients, team members and the office staff.

Part Time Handyperson required for large private country house with grounds and outbuildings located near Bures on the Essex/ Suffolk borders.
The property is a rambling building with outbuildings and sheds. The owner has a number of boats which will need painting and varnishing at times.
This is a lovely position offering a variety of duties where no 2 days are the same.
The ideal person will be able to work one full day a week to carry out the following :-
- General DIY to mend gates and fences
- Painting both inside and outside the house , to include garden furniture
- Assisting the gardener with repairs to the summer house and other garden structures
- Jet washing paths and other areas around the property
- Clearing buildings and loading skip
- Sweeping the buildings and yards around the property
- DIY in the house – putting shelves up, coat hooks etc
- Occasionally helping to move sheep.
- Boat painting and varnishing.
