The Position:-

Administrative support to Contract Managers and Estimator
Answering the phone in a polite and professional manner
Managing the filing system in accordance with company practice and contracts
Processing tender enquiries, assisting with the production of quotations, including use of software to take accurate measurements from drawings and quantifying for estimating in a timely manner
Ordering various materials and equipment as needed for jobs
Aiding the team with health and Safety compliance
Prepare paperwork for Teams on site
Vehicle and Plant machinery management, use of tracking software and ensuring maintenance of machinery/vehicles
Upkeep of stationery, office supplies, unpacking deliveries and keeping office tidy
Checking off deliveries into yard when required
Ensure administration is up to date for Plant health compliance
General office duties

Previous Office administration experience and be numerically good

Point to Point Groom / Rider- Outskirts of Norwich – REF 1122

Experienced rider / groom required for a lovely family point to point yard based outside of Norwich.

Previous racing experience would be ideal although is not essential. The person MUST be an excellent rider who is capable of riding fit and sometimes sharp point to point horses.

You will be required to assist with all the fittening work as well as the fast work. Schooling will not be required unless the person is keen to and capable.

The person must be happy mucking out each day, grooming, plaiting, trimming etc.

This is a full time position from September 2022- April 2023. Onsite accommodation available for right person.

Those that have competed to a good level, have hunted, evented etc or worked on a competition yard would be best suited.

Sadly this is not a training position so only those who are really competent riders will be considered.
