  • The day to day running of the office including dealing with post, emails, phone calls and general correspondence
  • Dealing with tenants, arranging property repairs, preparing tenancy agreements, dealing with deposits, and general property management. Producing budgets and management reports for meetings

Part Time experienced Groom required for small private yard to join Head Groom and owner providing first class care for hunters and competition horses ( 4 at present).

This is a lovely job for someone looking for a quieter life with horses working 4 days a week but this could be increased to 5 days. The yard is usually as quiet however there are busy times such as training days and competition days.

The successful person must be happy to follow instructions and work well with others.

Someone who can take sole charge to cover the Head Groom’s time off so must be confident and capable.

Reliability and enthusiasm are essential with the ability to work to very high standards.

The yard has fabulous facilities making it a great work environment.

The ideal person will be able to carry out all yard duties to a high standard and preferably be able to clip and plait for hunting and competition.
